Waiver
Everyone must have a completed waiver on file. We ask that you sign your waiver at least every year if you already have one with us.
You can complete the waiver online by clicking here>>. You do need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file, If you get errors or do not have it, then please go to http://www.adobe.com to download the latest reader version
All the information will be sent to us and we can have you in the system before you arrive. PLEASE Print the waiver and bring it with you as well, we cannot reprint it at this end. Or better yet, complete the waiver and fax it to us at 813-783-2171 in advance.
Logbooks, Licenses, etc.
We will ask for your logbook, license and Membership in USPA or your own country's Sport Parachuting organization, i.e. CSPA, BPA, etc.
If you do nto have an membership in any foreign organization, then we ask that you purchase a USPA membership, particularly for the liabiliyt insurance that it provides.
You cna purchase a USPA Introductory Membership for $20, or a full membership for 1 year if you prefer. Mor einformation is available at www.uspa.org.
Gear
Your gear will need to be inspected when you arrive and that can be done at the Paragone Rigging Loft when you check in. Foreign and non-TSO gear can be jumped here at Skydive City, but there are specific rules about repack cycles, who owns/jumps the gear, and what combinations of foreign/USA gear you may have. but this article is not the 'law', it is simply the interpretation of the law. Federal Aviation Regulations dictate whether or not your gear is legal to jump in the USA. If you want to be on the safe side, and you have foreign gear that you are unsure of, the easiest solution is simply to have your reserve repacked within 120 days of your jumping here.
