Frequently Asked Questions
- Is there a minimum age for skydiving?
Yes. The minimum age for skydiving is 18. Learn more about skydiving age limits.
- Are there weight restrictions?
Our weight limit is 220 lbs, flexible up to 280 lbs based on height compared to weight on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

- What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking and will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your skydive. In the event of inclement weather on the day of your skydive, you will be given the option to reschedule without penalty.
No shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Can I reschedule my jump?
Yes. If you need to reschedule your jump (for any other reason besides the weather) please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time so as not to forfeit your deposit. If Skydive City cancels or reschedules, no additional deposit is required.
